In addition to the six documents, the application packet will include a 500 word essay on why you chose Health Information Management as a career path. Two letters of recommendation must be emailed directly to the program director, Lydia Danton, at ldanton@collin.edu. Recommendation letters should come from employers, faculty, or community members. All application packet documents should be sent in the same email except for the recommendation letters. Please do not send each document individually.
