Passwords
Students are issued a username and password for CougarWeb as well as a campus wide
identification number (CWID) at the completion of admission.
Password Reset/Forgot Password
- Credit Students - Select "Forgot Password"
- Continuing Education Students with an @collin.edu email - Select "Forgot Password"
- Continuing Education Students without an @collin.edu - Select "Forgot Password"
Don't Know Your Username/Password
If you do not have your username and password, bring a photo ID to the Admissions
and Records Office at a nearby campus or email admissions@collin.edu. Requests must be sent from the email address used on the student’s Collin College
application or the email address on file with the Admissions and Records Office. Please
include the student’s full legal name and date of birth. For assistance on campus,
contact library or lab staff.
