The Adult Education and Literacy (AEL) program at Collin College offers FREE services for those who qualify!

What is the AEL program?

AEL is a Texas Workforce Commission program that helps adults 19 and older who are seeking career growth improve their basic skills. Collin College has been awarded a grant to provide services and expand the AEL program.
