March 25, 2021 Collin Corporate College announced that Sanjeeb Samanta, Principal at Praxis Solutions International, will be the featured speaker during their upcoming April webinar, New Leader Assimilation.

New leadership within an organization creates opportunities for growth but is often preceded by uncertainty and a transitional period. While the shared goal for both the new leader and their new team is to quickly acclimate and work together as a productive unit, a formal assimilation process can ease this transition by creating clear expectations and a shared vision.

During the half-hour webinar, Samanta will cover the importance of the first 90 days, winning trust, early wins, and establishing clear communication channels and expectations. With over 30 years of global leadership experience at Fortune-500 companies including Texas Instruments, PricewaterhouseCoopers, IBM, and Technip, Samantas passion is to help organizations maximize their full potential through business and process problem solving.

This webinar is offered exclusively to business leaders and human resource executives through online registration at www.collin.edu/corporatecollege/events.html. The webinars will be held on the following dates and times:

  • April 1, 10-10:30 a.m.
