Oct. 6, 2022 The Collin College Farmersville Campus will host Blooming Harvest, its inaugural community event, from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 19 at the Farmersville Campus, 501 S. Collin Parkway in Farmersville.

Celebrate the growing campus with live music, bounce houses, a dunk tank, a petting zoo, pumpkin and face painting, yard Jenga, volleyball, cornhole, swag giveaways, and much more. This biennial event is free and open to the public.

Dr. Diana Hopes, Farmersville Campus executive dean, said faculty and staff are excited to welcome area residents to the new campus which opened in 2021.

We have been working with our amazing community partners and planning for this event for several months, Dr. Hopes said. This is a great opportunity for people to enjoy fun activities with their families, take a tour of the Farmersville Campus, and see everything we have to offer.

If there is inclement weather, the event will be postponed to Oct. 26.
