Collin College Partners With Amazon Career Choice Program

Feb. 13, 2023 Collin College is now a proud education partner of Amazon Career Choice program. This partnership allows eligible Amazon hourly employees the opportunity to receive pre-paid tuition and reimbursement of books and fees while pursuing undergraduate college credit courses at Collin College including certificates, associate, and bachelors degrees.

Partnering with a company like Amazon to provide more access to education is an opportunity were really excited for, said Dr. Neil Matkin, Collin College district president. This is a great collaboration tool we can use to offer our students another pathway to success.

Amazon Career Choice program offers this educational benefit to empower their associates to learn new skills to continue their career success at Amazon or elsewhere.

Were looking forward to Collin College coming on board as an education partner for Career Choice, adding to the hundreds of best-in-class offerings available to our employees, said Tammy Thieman, Global Program Lead of Amazons Career Choice program.

Interested Amazon employees can apply to Collin College, register to enroll in courses, then submit tuition requests to Amazon through their Career Choice portal.
