Collin College Foundation Dedicates McCarthy Construction Safety Lab

Officials from McCarthy Construction join Collin College administrators for the dedication of the new construction safety lab.

Recently, the Collin College Foundation honored McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. for a $75,000 naming rights gift for the Construction Safety Lab at the college’s Technical Campus.

Proceeds of this generous gift will benefit the construction safety program and scholarships for students. McCarthy executives helped unveil the official sign during a dedication ceremony with college and foundation representatives. Collin College serves more than 57,000 credit and continuing education students annually and offers more than 200 degrees and certificates, including a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), a Bachelor of Applied Technology (BAT) in Cybersecurity, a Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) in Construction Management, and a new Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) in Clinical Operations Management.
