Collin College will continue its Dignity Initiative Series with an event in November.

Resilience: Lunch and Learn Nov. 10, 11 a.m.-Noon Technical Campus, Kone Conference Center, B106
This event is designed to cultivate well-being, focus, and emotional strength in both
personal and professional settings. This session begins with a brief introduction
highlighting the importance of resilience in today’s fast-paced and often stressful
environments. Participants will engage in a series of guided activities, including
gratitude journaling to foster positivity, exercises to build mental focus, and mindfulness
practices paired with deep breathing techniques to reduce stress and enhance clarity.
Collin College serves approximately 60,000 credit and continuing education students
annually and offers more than 200 degrees and certificates, including a Bachelor of
Science in Nursing (BSN), a Bachelor of Applied Technology (BAT) in Cybersecurity,
a Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) in Construction Management, a Bachelor of Applied
