Foundations of Baking Certificate Series
The Baking Certificate Course Series will prepare you to master baking foundation skills in a commercial kitchen. Prior experience is optional for participation in the two courses, Pies and Tarts and Breads and Cakes.
Each session is designed to give hands-on training to first-time bakers and elevate basic baking skills.
