Facilities Maintenance

The entry-level Facilities Maintenance course explores general safety awareness, including maintaining, inspecting, and repairing issues commonly occurring in residential, industrial, and commercial buildings. This course will help you build the skills and hands-on training to be successful in the workplace.

Students will learn general and electrical repairs, plumbing maintenance, small appliance maintenance,HVAC maintenance, drywall and carpentry repairs. In addition, this course will help to prepare a student to take the OSHA 10 course.

Building Maintenance Skills
