Operations and Supply Chain Management
This certificate series prepares students to plan and sequence materials so that operations can produce goods and services to meet forecasts and customer demands. Learn the basics of planning and managing inventory, logistics, raw materials, purchased components, work-in-progress, and finished goods. This certificate series also introduces operations management principles and procedures of process design, continuous improvement, strategic management, and communication skills.
