Tuition Refund Policy

Tuition Refund Policy for CE Courses

  • I00% refund given if a course is dropped prior to the first class meeting
  • No refund is given after the start time of the first class meeting
  • Exceptions to the refund policy are only offered due to an unforeseen medical condition or a death in the family
  • The Petition for Refund Policy Exception Form must be submitted along with documentation to apply for a refund
  • If an exception is approved, it will take two to four weeks to process the refund

Course Cancellations

  • A course is canceled when there is insufficient enrollment two business days prior to the first class meeting
  • Students will be notified of the cancellation by email and/or phone by the CE administration office personnel
  • A 100% refund will be processed automatically - please allow two to four weeks to receive the refund
