Mandatory BAT Orientation Information:

 

The Mandatory Orientation is has moved to Canvas- you must be invited to join orientation for the BAT. Staff will need to review your account to see if you qualify for BAT admissions before you can start orientation. To request a review of your account please email GoCyber@collin.edu from your student email address. 

  • Students graduating in the current semester will need to have a pending application for graduation on file and a degree plan review before they can start the orientation and BAT admissions process. Email GoCyber@collin.edu to request a review of your account and a invitation to the Canvas course for orientation with your student email address and ID number.
  • Transfer students will need to email GoCyber@collin.edu for a review of their transfer transcripts as you must hold a AAS degree in cybersecurity to enter the BAT program.
  • Collin College Alumni who have already completed a AAS degree from Collin College in prior semester will need to email Gocyber@collin.edu to request entry into the Canvas course for orientation.
  • The application deadline for Spring 2025 BAT-Cyber program:  All applicants (transfer and internal) is January 10th. Admissions is based on seat availbility as this is first come first served admissions process.
