Collin Theatre Centers Park-A-Palooza II: Unrelenting Optimism Will Be Good Time For All

Oct. 4, 2021 Enjoy an evening of songs, monologues, and radio skits with Park-A-Palooza II: Unrelenting Optimism, performed livein the Collin College Plano Campus parking lot, Oct. 15-17 and 22-24.Listen in the comfort of your car by tuning into an FM broadcast orbring lawn chairs and listen in a spot adjacent to your vehicle.

The return of the highly successful parking lot production, Park-A-Palooza II is a new, original, outdoor, music revue created and directed by Robin Armstrong with music direction by Scott A. Eckert and assistance by Ethan Rodriguez-Mullins.

Featuring the talents of Collin students and alumni, the original Park-A-Palooza was staged in the fall of 2020 to provide a unique outdoor experience in a socially distanced and safe manner. This years production will capture the same upbeat spirit with new music and performances.

The unexpected success of our crazed artistic experiment known as Park-A-Palooza demanded a second go around, Armstrong said. This year will be even more fun.

Performances begin at 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 15-17 and 22-24.Tickets are free for students and $10 per car for all others. Reservations can now be made athttp://collin.universitytickets.com.
