Jan. 24, 2022 Representatives from the Collin County Farm Bureau recently donated $30,000 to the Collin College Foundation for an endowed scholarship in memory of long-time board member Butch Aycock.

Aycocks family members joined Collin County Farm Bureau board member at the colleges Farmersville Campus to celebrate the official signing of the endowed scholarship. This is the first scholarship earmarked exclusively for agriculture students at Collin College.

Collin College serves more than 56,000 credit and continuing education students annually and offers more than 100 degrees and certificates, including new Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Bachelor of Applied Technology (BAT) in Cybersecurity degrees. The only public college based in Collin County, Collin College is a partner to business, government, and industry, providing customized training and workforce development.
