Jan. 26, 2022 Collin Corporate College will host two events with Disney Institute, March 29-30 Disneys Approach to Quality Service on March 29, and Disneys Approach to Employee Engagement on March 30. The events will train businesses and nonprofits on the best way to deliver exceptional service that exceeds expectations.

In Disneys Approach to Quality Service, instructors from Disney Institute will help attendees think differently and act intentionally in examining their customer experience, identifying service pitfalls, and dispelling misconceptions to establishing quality customer service. Attendees will not only explore how to differentiate their organizations services but also how to build lasting brand loyalty. During this one-day event, attendees will be inspired to elevate their service to become a provider of choice, understand the needs, wants, stereotypes, and emotions of their customers, and understand the role of standards in a consistent, high-quality service experience.

During the second days event, Disneys Approach to Employee Engagement, attendees will learn how to create their desired work culture and enhance their business outcomes. Disneys parks and resorts have intentionally created and refined systems that attract, develop, and reward high-performing employees who perpetuate their vision and culture and this presentation will teach attendees how to do the same. Sessions will include learning how to shape work culture, training strategies that help employees build confidence in their roles, and inspiration to improve communication, empower employees, and strengthen morale through care and recognition programs.

Both events will take place at the McKinney Campus Conference Center, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and include a continental breakfast and lunch. These events are designed for business professionals, entrepreneurs, and nonprofits. Early Bird prices start at $499 per person, or $459 per person for groups of eight or more. For individuals attending both days events, a reduced price of $799 is available. After Feb. 15, prices are $599 for individuals.
