Collin College McKinney Campus will host a community open house from 10 a.m-1 p.m.
on Saturday, Nov. 4 located at 2200 W. University Drive in McKinney.
The open house is free and open to the public. Information sessions about Collin College
admissions will be available in both English and Spanish. Self-guided tours will allow
visitors to explore everything the McKinney Campus has to offer including the state-of-the-art
facilities like an operating room, ambulance, sleep, and sonography simulation labs.
Staff will be available to share information about program offerings including health
sciences, nursing, general studies, and more. Hands-on skills training and demonstrations
will be available for visitors to participate in.
Light snacks including popcorn, cotton candy, and hot chocolate will be available
while supplies last.
Collin College serves more than 58,000 credit and continuing education students annually
and offers more than 200 degrees and certificates, including a Bachelor of Science
in Nursing (BSN), a Bachelor of Applied Technology (BAT) in Cybersecurity, a Bachelor
of Applied Science (BAS) in Construction Management, and a new Bachelor of Applied
Science (BAS) in Clinical Operations Management. The only public college based in
