Missing the Auteur Film Series’ next film is inconceivable! Join Collin College for a showing of and discussion about The Princess Bride at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 23, at the Frisco Campus Conference Center. The screening and subsequent panel discussion are free and open to the public.

A timeless tale of a boy, a girl, a pirate, a prince, and a really nice giant, The Princess Bride has been delighting audiences since 1987. Based on a William Goldman novel of the same name, the cult classic captures the joy of a young child as his grandfather reads him a story filled with fairy tale fun, swashbuckling swordfights, a tortuous tree dungeon, the one-and-only Miracle Max, and, OK, a little kissing.
