The 30-minute-long episode features 10 student-driven segments that capture a truly one-of-a-kind perspective. Each segment covers topics including program offerings, state-of-the-art facilities, student resources, and more. Filmed across several campuses, Collin College’s The College Tour episode showcases real students who share their story in their own words.
- Maxwell Bales, a Veterinary Technology freshman from Wylie who shares insight about diverse programs at Collin College.
- Marylaisis Hernandez, a Criminal Justice major sophomore from Plano who provides an insider’s view of helpful resources for first-generation students like herself.
- Temiloluwa Ognleye, a junior from Akure, Nigeria, pursuing a degree in Computer Science shares his personal story about the affordability and access to education at Collin College.
- Giovanni Delgadillo, a Respiratory Care program freshman from Plano who gives viewers a behind-the-scenes look at the exceptional facilities and opportunities available to students interested in the healthcare field.
- Daniel Stewart, an Education major sophomore from McKinney who showcases the support and opportunities for non-traditional students to accomplish their educational journey, no matter what point in life they find themselves in.
- Caleb Smith, a freshman from Frisco who provides a glimpse into life as a transfer student and all the support Collin College offers for a seamless transition into a four-year university.
- Jourdan Rourke, an alumna of the Collin College Nursing program from McKinney who completed her educational journey at Collin College and shares her story of the supportive network offered to alumni.
- Alisha Nunley, a freshman from Bedford, brings viewers along for a day in the life of a Collin College Lady Cougar basketball player and shares her experience about student organizations.
- Amrita Singh, a dual credit student from Allen who shares her journey with Collin College as a high school student preparing to continue her higher education journey with a goal toward a degree in Business.
- Brooklyn Higa, a Welding Technology freshman from Oceanside, California, who takes viewers into the welding lab providing a glimpse into workforce program offerings at Collin College.
