Collin College's Student and Enrollment Services Division offers several Internet access points designed to support online and weekend students. The following is a list of important online student resources:
Academic Advising
Helps students clarify educational goals; develop educational plans; select majors; register for classes; evaluate transcripts; facilitate transfer; adjust to college environment.
- Online Academic Advising - Online advising is Monday thru Thursday from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm and Fridays from 9 am - 4:30 pm (except holidays). Click HERE to connect with an advisor.

Admissions & Registrar Office:
Admits students to the college, registers and withdraws students from courses, determines residency, maintains educational records, evaluates transcripts of incoming students and degree / certificate completers, generates official and unofficial transcripts.

Career Services:
Assists with career exploration and decisions; employment search and job-seeking skills; Provides a clearinghouse for on- and off-campus employment opportunities. Supports and assists students who have personal issues that impact their college experience.
College Express:
College Express makes the college exploration, preparation, and application processes a breeze. We work with Dual Credit students, campus tours, career exploration and other Collin College resources.
Financial Aid & Veteran's Services:
Administers a financial aid program that includes grants, loans, and part-time employment. Assists veterans and eligible dependents with filing required documents for educational benefits with the Veterans Administration.

Foundation Office:
The Foundation provides student scholarships and supports Collin College's mission of a student and community-centered institution committed to developing skills, strengthening character and challenging the intellect. Collin College Foundation is an avenue for financial support for the educational needs of Collin College that cannot be met through state aid or student tuition income.
International Student Office:
The International Student Office (ISO) offers a wide variety of services and programs to international students at Collin College. The ISO staff provides general support services, academic advising, and assistance concerning visas and related immigration issues.
Strategies of Behavioral Intervention (SOBI):
Provides a process for reporting, assessing, responding to, and assisting students who may display various levels of distressed, disruptive, disturbed, and/or unregulated behavior to thwart and redirect behaviors that might otherwise undermine instruction and negatively impact student learning before they rise to a level that would necessitate formal disciplinary action.
Student Engagement:
Student organizations help students develop social, educational and leadership skills. Involvement in one of the recognized student organizations gives students the opportunity to network, represent the college, and become engaged in service activities both on-campus and in the community. Collin’s student organizations include groups focused on religious, political, social, service, and discipline-based issues.
Testing Services:
Provides student access to secure testing environments at the Central Park, Preston Ridge, and Spring Creek campuses for instruction, course placement, ESL, and college readiness.
Tutoring Services:
The Anthony Peterson Center for Academic Assistance provides free learning support to students and community members in a welcoming environment. The center offers professional tutoring services and educational resources for improving key skills related to various academic content areas.
