Employee ID Card

All Faculty and Staff at Collin College are required to have an Employee ID Card in order to use services provided by the college including the Collin College Bookstore, Computer Labs, Fitness Center, Library and College Sponsored Events.  Once you receive your CWID number via an email from Collin, you can get your official Employee ID card in any Student Engagement office on the main campuses.

If your Employee ID card has been lost, stolen or damaged, you have had a name change, or you simply prefer a new photo, a replacement card can be obtained for a $7.00 replacement fee.
