Report a Concern
There are several departments here to help. If you need to report:
- Suspicious activity, a crime, or an emergency to the Collin College Police Department, call 972.578.5555.
- A medical emergency, call 911.
- Concerns regarding a student's academic performance, submit an Early Alert Referral System (EARS) Form.
- A student disciplinary incident or an allegation of hazing to the District Dean of Students Office, submit a Student Incident Report.
- A student's concerning behaviors that do not rise to the level of a Student Code of Conduct violation, submit a SOBI Care Team Referral.
If you are a Campus Security Authority (CSA) and need to report a Clery Act crime, submit a Campus Security Authority (CSA) Crime Reporting Form.
If you are a Collin College employee and need to report an incident of dating violence, domestic violence, sexual assault, sexual harassment, or stalking that you were informed of by a Collin College employee or student, submit a Mandatory Reporting Form for Incidents of Dating Violence, Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, Sexual Harassment, and Stalking.
If you need to file a formal complaint of dating violence, domestic violence, gender-based harassment, retaliation, sex discrimination, sexual assault, sexual harassment, or stalking, submit a Title IX Formal Complaint Form.
If you are a student and need to submit an appeal, grievance, or complaint, go to the Student Complaints page and select the appropriate form.
